How fast can I be seen?
General care appointments are usually available within the same week, and sick-day slots are held open daily. Specialist visits (cardiology, neurology and others) typically book one to two weeks out — call early in the week for the widest choice.
Do I need a referral?
Not for most visits. You can book directly with any of our six specialties. If your insurance requires a referral, our team will request it from your primary doctor for you — just mention it when booking.
What insurance do you take?
We accept most major Arizona plans, and self-pay visits come with clear upfront pricing — no surprise bills. Bring your insurance card and photo ID to your first visit and we'll verify coverage on the spot.
